VAT free painting and decorating, how it works.
We are not a vat registered company, so do not have to charge our customers vat on our labour.
All paints are of course subject to vat, this will be 20% from January, we tackle this by passing our trade discount on to our customers (you pay what we pay). Our trade discount is more than 20% on most products, you get your paint at trade, you get it at cost, saving more than the vat.
